The KIDS Direct Short Breaks team has commissioned over 40 hours of high quality e-learning suitable for anyone working disabled children and young people.

To address the training needs of staff KIDS has produced over 40 hours of learning to meet level 2 of the National Occupational Standards in Care, Youth Work and Play.

KIDS sit on the Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF) and Children's Workforce Development (CWDC) working group looking at the induction framework for short break workers below foster care standards.
