KIDS Direct Short Breaks

The Direct Short Breaks service is simple to use, convenient and puts the family in control.

The family can access their account at any time, day or night, and book a break at a time that suits them. No more waiting for other people.

The family can then look at all of the suitably trained and checked workers in their area and the family can choose who they want to come into their home.

Don't worry if that sounds like it might be too much for you to manage, we're here to help. We have a local supervisor who will come and meet you as well as a team of excellent (and friendly) staff on the telephone helpline.
