Our telephone helpline is currently available between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m, Monday to Friday, but we are planning to extend our opening hours to cover evenings and weekends.

If you need to contact us outside of office hours due to an emergency please call the National Helpline number above and you will be given details of the KIDS On Call Duty Manager who will be able to help.
